With much sadness, the Science Museum of Virginia has made the decision to cancel its summer camp scheduled for the weeks of July 6 through August 10, 2020. After reviewing CDC and American Camping Association guidelines and evaluating our options, we felt that this was the right decision for this year.
If you have already registered for camp, you will be contacted via email with more information about next steps.
We will miss having campers and their excitement and curiosity this summer. Even though we can’t host camp, we’re still creating new ways for you to discover your world from home. Visit smv.org/stayconnected for a host of activities your campers can do to dip their toes into science this summer!
